crewdog89
Good morning! I am beyond frustrated... purchased an AlphaPix4 for some arches this year. Static IP on the controller is 192.168.0.50. IP address on the computer network connection is set to 192.168.0.1 per the video directions. When I ping the controller, is says that the host is unreachable. I can see both lights blinking on the controller where the ethernet cord plugs in flashing indicating that there is data going to the controller. I also turned my McAfee firewall off temporarily; no change. I'm sure that it is something small that I am missing, but I just can't figure it out. Can anyone help? Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! crewdog89
Solved! I installed a network switch and that seems to do the trick.
