Does the music and controller work out of the box, or do I need to program it?

The description states that you receive your choice of sequencing packages, so you wouldn't need to program anything. Looks as if you will have to install the software, and put the sequences in the correct directory, and your good to go.

You could, however, purchase your controllers directly from LOR. The savings might be worth looking into.

It would be nice if one of those controllers where an MP3 Show Director because you could simply plug a preprogrammed SD card and be ready to go. However, my guess is that they are standard controllers because they mention you need a computer. You may want to check into that.

Agree with Don. Also it might take some time to set up the computer communication and get things going. Things are never as simple or straightforward as you might expect.
