Zoom !!! (and not for video sharing)

Finally, you can zoom and position the playback window.   This is a great addition and really makes the preview window much more useful with larger displays.   And much more versatile than the existing zoomed prop playback.  Now i can sequence a specific prop and see it without having to keep the whole preview on the screen.   Combined with the existing dimming option, i found that i can zoom right into the area  required and then darken the background image and i get a good view at what it is doing.  Plus you can move and resize and move the window while playing with scroll bars or the mouse.    

(Note added: 5.5.0 and higher, I just got around to be brave enough to move to 5.5)
