Ethernet Trigger

Good evening,

Here's a topic I've been trying to find an answer to, and while I thought I got close, I never quite get there.

I've got an interactive display I'm working with, that encompasses many different things.  All are controlled via an automation controller (Crestron) and this year I would like to add pixels and projection.  All of that is pretty straightforward.  What I'm having problems trying to do is triggering different videos/light displays.  Sure, I could purchase an InputPup and wire some relays from my main controller, but that limits me to 8 triggers.

A more elegant solution would be to open an Ethernet port to the PC running LOR, and be able to select triggers at that point.  Is that possible?
