Orville Posted August 22, 2020 Posted August 22, 2020 Go to this page: http://lightorama.com/licenseCheck.html Scroll down until you see this: Have your license status emailed to you E-mail address: [ ] In the box on the linked page, put in the e-mail address you used when you purchased your license. Your license key should show up within 1-5 minutes {normally}. But if you no longer have that e-mail account or changed it, you'll need to contact the Help Desk to make changes so you can retrieve your license. I just tested it and it worked out just fine, got my license in less than a minute or two,. You may need to add the light-o-rama e-mail address it comes from to your safe senders list so that it comes in, that e-mail address is: @lightorama.com You need to whitelist this to receive e-mails, as sometimes some e-mail clients won't even deliver the e-mail to your inbox or spam folder if this isn't done.
