dgrant Posted August 2, 2020 Share Posted August 2, 2020 Put in a help desk ticket to ask them. Currently I have sent to them a USB/RS485 adapter for repair. The cost will be $30 plus shipping. Most of the LOR products come with a 2 year warranty so if your controller is within that time frame, you might get it repaired for free.
