Channel config adding extra Motion Effects rows

I have been converting a bunch of my 2018 sequences to my 2020 configuration as of late.  One issue I am finding is that on my P5 and P10 matrix arrays, the existing sequences had 11 Motion Effects rows (named Effects 01 - Effects 11), and the 2020 configuration I am importing, also has 11 Motion Effects rows (also named Effects 01 - Effects 11).  When I import the configuration, I am ending up with 22 Motion Effects rows (names Effects 01 - Effects 11, then repeating Effects 01 - Effects 11).  This is happening only on my P5 and P10 matrix props.  The video below should show it - that's interesting, the screen capture included my web cam image as part of the capture...
