no lights and music

The lights run fine on the hardware utility test, but I cant get them to run on test the show. we are enabled so it says, but dont hear or see anything. We cant even play the easy show builder, it says it's playing, but not on our test panel.

close hardware utility. close the light bulb on the right hand corner. under sequence editor click play button. make sure control light is checked. make sure you have a steady led light on the controler and click play. see if you lights work. if they do, read up on hardware utilitly. you missed a step

right click it and select close or ctl + alt + del and select "lortray" and end task

I just went through the same problem, you need to select your port in your sequence editor and it will turn your lights and music on. In your sequence editor scroll down to preferences and set the correct port for your computer. I kept trying to change in in my hardware and it would never stay at the port I selected for my computer you also have to select your port in your editor and you should be good to go. Be sure to close out of your hardware first you can only run one program at a time. Make sure you click disable your shows I hope this helps.
