Daren Posted October 9, 2008 Share Posted October 9, 2008 Newbie question. I tried to run my show tonight and the second controller is not working. I ran the hardware utility and tested both units and they tested fine. I have them set as unit 1 and 2. When the show plays some of the sequence from the second unit plays on the first unit channels. evan.a Posted October 12, 2008 Share Posted October 12, 2008 make sure both units have a steady led light on. check and make sure your patchcord is in the right port to connect in and out. 1st port is rj11 second port is rj5 (thats in ) third port is rj5 (thats out). second controler should have the patch cord in the second port.hope that helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Daren Posted October 12, 2008 Author Share Posted October 12, 2008 It was my channel configuration. I don't know how but all but one channel on unit 2 got changed back to unit 1.
