Songs wont play from the hub but plays in sequence editor.

I pinged my holidaycoro boxes and they come back so i know its not a internet issue. I can play the songs on sequence editor but i cant play them when i add it to the  hubs showtime. I added the Ip address to the right universes so i know its not that. What I believe the problem is none of my new songs have .play   format. I remember it was easy to convert your songs in s4 but i cant find out anywhere how to convert my songs to .play in S5.
