If you switched to large grid and then did Instant Sequence the program would crash. This was fixed.

The progress dialog box was not updating. Fixed it.

Added "rotation angle" to the "Manipulate Selected Images" dialog box.
           If more than one image is selected the angles get applied proportionally to each image.
           For example, if you select 4 images and apply 30 degrees, then 0, 10, 20, and 30 degrees get applied to the 4 images.

Enhanced the "Set group time range" button on the toolbar so that it proportionally sets the start and end time of all selected effects.
           This is particularly useful if you have a bunch of adjacent image actions and want to change the time range of the entire group.
