Guest guest Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 I had the same problem and this is what Dan sent me. Come to find out I had spydoctor running and something else. Stopped them and installed fine.Dan wrote me:("The most common cause of that problem is that something is running on the PC that has to be stopped." )("Put the Install File on your desktop. Stop all applications on your PC, browsers, windows explorer... Stop things in the system tray by the clock. Check the task manager for anything still running and stop it.")("Once everything is stopped, double click the install file and go through the install.
