I've tried and tried, just not possible to make a "Rainman" in Florida for Crowd {Children} Patrol as he just goes back to a puddle of water.  

Tried a Mudman too, but he just got petrified under the Florida sun, so he was totally useless to the task once the Florida Sun turned him to stone. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
