You will find the LOR Pixie16 MT kit to be IMO the easiest to configure however you probably will not find any kit with 100% of everything needed to set it up. You will need to purchase a center pole and other stuff to mount the lights on.

You can probably find someone to send you 100% however the shipping on a 20' pole (s) will probably cost more than all of the parts. Search for my build and you will find all parts purchased locally.
