I have a Mac so it’s easier for me. If you don’t own a Mac your best bet is to upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox or something similar.

You couldn’t pay me to use a Mac.  Actually Phil, you are close.  When I “E-Mail” it, of course the video file is too large to E-Mail, so it uploads to iCloud and E-Mails a link to it.  That means functionally, I upload a gigabyte to iCloud, then download the gigabyte to my PC, edit if necessary, just so I can upload it AGAIN to YouTube.  If I plug in a cable, the PC recognizes the iPhone and will show that there is storage on the phone, but you can’t see what’s there or download it.  Stupid!

So much easier on an Android.  But this is a work issued phone and they forced the change a while back...

Thanks, but item #1 is a stopper.  I absolutely refuse to ever put iTunes on a PC again.  I did so a few years back when my son got an iPhone, and it so F$&@#% up the computer that I had to remove it in order to get some control of the computer .  Never again!
