You may have to open an LOR Help Desk ticket for that one.  Either the display has stopped functioning or something has come loose causing it to be out, or the unit may have a bad component that needs replacing.

Best bet here is to open a LOR Help Desk Ticket.   I don't think the display is self blanking, because if it were or happens to be, when the unit is active, it should come back on.

Justin.  Do you have a power adapter plugged into this unit or are you getting your power from the Cat5 cable running to the controller?  You dont' have this plugged into any type of ethernet switch right?

And hopefully NOT into the Ethernet port on the back of the computer either!

If he's done that, probably already let the magic smoke out and cooked something!

They are only supposed to be powered by the 12VDC 1A adapter LOR sells, or by the dual USB RS485B adapter or by a Controller via Cat Cable.   Never, not ever through an ethernet port or ethernet switch.
