dougradSally123+ Posted October 3, 2018 Share Posted October 3, 2018 I have been trying to get my new pixcon16 to communicate on and off for weeks now. I spoke with LOR and was sent several manuals but still no luck. The only time the program recognized the controller was when it was set on the factory IP but then it would not communicate. I have reset to factory settings but when i go through the instruction to set up both lights only blink and never get an IP from the computer. The computer is a stand alone laptop and really don't know where to go from here. Any ideas of what else to check? Also, my firewall is completely down to make sure.
