Chrissy8279
Can software work on a Mac?
Don
Basic answer: No. Slightly technical answer: You would have to use a virtual instance of Windows in your Mac in order for the software to run. The software does not run on the Mac OS.
ericm
I use boot camp on mine and run windows separately only for LOR software
rcoaster
We probably would never see a native Macintosh software for the Showtime suite. I think they have mentioned it was because the hardware they sell relies on some drivers that only the Windows OS can provide. I guess in order to get a native MacOS application, they would have to start at the hardware level.
Donl1150
ericm........have you had any problems running LOR on the virtual machine on your Mac? What version of Windows do you use on your VM?
dkoehler42
I bought Parallels last year and installed Windows 7 Pro. I kept getting a comm error whenever I tried to connect. I thought it would be a clever workaround, but alas no.
