After 2 calls they have given me a better discount on the shipping. The bottom line is, you the customers will be saving money on shipping from now on. 2 Link to comment

That's true customer service and appreciation. Thanks for the kind words. I've always tried to only charge what it actually cost to ship as I don't think it's right to make money on shipping.
