TBD
I purchase a sequence from LOR that has a channel which references "Unit ID 20-27". How do I set the Unit ID of an LOR 30/16 controller to accommodate MULTIPLE Unit ID numbers? Thanks Mike
Don
You don't. A controller can only respond to one Unit ID. It can not respond, nor be programmed, to more than one ID.

Don
Disregard. Didn't read 2nd post right. I've never used S5, so I don't know. Edited November 10, 2017 by Don
k6ccc
Off hand, if you purchased a sequence that uses eight Unit IDs, it's most likely a pixel tree, which you can't run with a 16 channel controller. Can you provide a link to the sequence that you purchased so we're not guessing.

Thanks, Mike Those are for optional dumb RGB controllers or a smart pixrl controller such as a Pixie8 which would use 8 Unit IDs. Controller ID 20-27: Optional. RGB dumb pixels mirroring each pixel port on controller ID 07. Used constantly. Recommended on main structure. Groupings: one group of eight Software: ShowTime Sequencing Suite Advanced level required to use this controller. We suggest our single pixel high power RGB floods or smart pixel controllers where each port is configured as a single pixel and assigned a controller ID.
