Reganclaire Posted November 2, 2017 Share Posted November 2, 2017 (edited) We recently just got one of the RBG ribbon trees we've loaded the software and set up the tree and downloaded some sequences from holiday sequences.com... we changed the settings so that they play on light O Rama... the problem we are having now is that the colors do not appear the same on the player on the computer and the sequencer maker and the lights... an example of this is we bought the Ghostbusters theme and instead of the green alien guy showing up as green he shows up as white (on the tree).... and some of the colors that are supposed to be red show up as another color... but if we play the sequence on the computer they show up as the right colors.... I have a Alphapix 16 and RGB setting didn't give me what was in the sequence. Had to change it to BRG. Need to know what controller and whose ribbons.
