Lighted Christmas Balls Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 I just started getting this error when trying to use the visualizer, which had worked fine for months. I am running v4.3.18 standard. I have rebooted several times, with no change. I saw some previous posts from 2015 here on this issue, but nothing recent. Help! Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
PhilMassey Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Read the When is a reboot not a reboot section Below..... Also check your clock is correct. May be a dead CMOS battery
Lighted Christmas Balls Posted April 25, 2017 Author Posted April 25, 2017 I did check the clock and it is correct Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
BMurray Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Do a restart...NOT a power off/on. Powering off/on does not reset the internals. It saves the settings for the next power on cycle. Once you restart is resets the settings. The backwards time thing will happen if you haven't done this in a while
Lighted Christmas Balls Posted April 25, 2017 Author Posted April 25, 2017 Ok thanks I'll give that a try Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
Lighted Christmas Balls Posted April 25, 2017 Author Posted April 25, 2017 That was the ticket, restart fixed it, thanks so much for the advice. It's my first year setting up a light show so I have a lot to learn Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk 1
