mpageler
Got a refurbished desktop with Window 7. Installed my liceenced LOR ver 3.12. Opened a sequence in sequence editor, re-linked an audio file, clicked around a little and when exiting SE, saved changes and then got following error. 1) vbalExploerBarLib Run-time error 438 Object doesn't support ;this property or method At the time, closing this error didn't appear to have any effect on SE with tchanges being saved. Found nothing on this error in searching threads. Google search indicated maybe a "registry" issue. Continued my week in loading software and tweaking the PC. Now besides error 1 above, I also get the following additional error(s). Looks like clicking on a channel cell triggers this message. When clicking on a cell the box with cell info (channel, time, etc.) stays on the screen, If I click somehwere else in the grid, a seconds grid message box appears and so on. Looks like for every click on the grid, one of the follow error messages is created. Did some searching on this message and talk of "coding" is way too deep for me. 2) Track Grid User Control Termate Error Unable to unload withing this context i did a 3.12 "repair" flollowed by a "uninstall" and "install" with the .same issues. While error 1 was annoying, error 2 makes SE basically unusable. My old "production" desktop is becoming my "show" desktop, so I still have SE capabilites in the meantime. Any thoughts before I pass this along to helpdesk? Thanks Edited December 18, 2016 by mpageler
default
I remember reading about a Light-O-Rama Registry Wiper tool that removes ALL traces of an existing corrupt install. Here is the link. Use with caution and be sure to read ALL the warnings. http://www.lightorama.com/help/ Alan...
