Marano
Hello I am a Light o Rama user in France. So sorry for the worries of translations. I bought the new Pixie16 card, all walking well, until today, nothing works anymore. The pixie card blinks, the computer no longer recognizes it, hardware LOR either. The test mode does not work either. As soon as I connect LED pixels, the TEST does not work, and the LEDs are slightly lit. Someone would have an idea? Technicians light o rama do not know thank you in advance

turbojack
What was the solution? I would first checked your power supply to make sure it was putting out the correct voltage with lights plugged in and without.
k6ccc
First thought is a network issue. If the Hardware Utility does not see the Pixie, and the status light on the Pixie is blinking, check for a network cable or connector issue.Sent from my Droid Turbo via Tapatalk, so blame any typos or spelling errors on Android
brichi
Also pull the comm chip or chips and then hit the test button. This happened to me on my pixie4 and it wound up being a blown chip, I was told to test by pulling the chip and then hitting test, the lights then all tested well. Got a new chip (very cheap) and all is good now
