We done use our LOR like most, its attached to firetrucks at trade shows to turn lights on and off (we're a manufacturer of scene lights that go on firetrucks). Anyway, this year I thought I'd get creative and make our demo trucks dance to a Christmas song to post on our Facebook page just for some holiday fun more than anything. I went to post the video yesterday and Facebook pinged the post as a copywriter infringement. Anyone have experience with this using TSO songs? We're not making any profit off the video or selling adds or anything, but I guess maybe we need to purchase rights to use the song on Facebook either way? I have seen a zillion other videos online of LOR sequences with TSO songs. We did buy the song on Amazon. If so, anyone have a contact I can reach out to?
