Are your PC/laptop network settings compatible with the default settings on the Pixcon?

192.168.0.?

Open up the Command Prompt window on the computer and see if you can ping the default address of the Pixcon.

Mine are connected via TCPIP to a switch which is then connected to the computer. Once both the computer and Pixcon16 are on the same network as you've done, the light will stop blinking after you launch the control panel therefore the system is talking to it with DMX data over TCPIP.
