Audacity into LOR

Hey all.  All of the props and controllers are mostly finished (a little more soldering etc.)  Now some sequencing time.  I created a great opening mix in Audacity but for some reason I can't export it in a format that LOR can open.  I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong.  HELP!  I don't get a lot of time to work on Christmas this time of year.

I can't remember the name of it but there is a plugin that will allow you to export it as an MP3

LAME plugin for audacity

Save as 128 bit cbr for best results

Also if you don't already have it get the queen mary vamp plugin to get timings
