Ebuechner Posted July 17, 2016 Author Share Posted July 17, 2016 Here's an update on the problem. I was using some 400-watt power supplies I got on Amazon Excell was the vendor. In the course of testing I had one of them fail the other one had a noisy fan I have since replace them with higher-quality power supplies.
