wkm001 Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Where has this feature been all my life!? I should be able to draw my entire RGB simulation in a matter of hours, rather than days. http://www.lightorama.com/help/limits.htm
LOR Staff Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 The DMX Pixel Universe fixture came out with S4.0.0 http://www.lightorama.com/help/?whats_new.htm#4-0-0
wkm001 Posted May 28, 2016 Author Posted May 28, 2016 This feature alone makes the $30 upgrade worth it.
dgrant Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 Would be nice if the arch wizard using DMX pixels, would allow 1 pixel per segment instead of 2 minimum. This issue creates problems creating a pixel arch. Maybe I'm using it wrongly...

To create an arch of say 24 pixels, (what I use) you would do 1 segment with 24 pixels or 2 segments with 12 pixels. I use 1 and 24. Unless I'm misunderstanding what your asking.
wkm001 Posted June 3, 2016 Author Posted June 3, 2016 (edited) There is an arch Wizard and I think I understand what you are saying. I used the arch wizard to physically draw the arch. Then I used the pixel string tool to draw an arch right over the arch wizard. Then deleted the arch made by the wizard. You can always draw single bulbs and make them RGB, then arrange into an arch. But then you will run into your fixture/prop limit pretty quick. Edited June 3, 2016 by wkm001
