arw01
Thanks to the "mega tree" turning my roof into swiss cheese, I get the chance to redo the whole roof with some decorating in mind. What brain storming ides would make it easier to anchor outlines, snow flakes, and other items to the house when they have it all tore off in a few weeks replacing it down to the rafters?I'm thinking some aluminum angles at the ridge vent, but maybe there is some sort of anchors I could have out in the surface of the roof itself that I could tie snowflakes and stars etc down too.The storm that topped the tree was gusts into the 70's is rare, but I prefer not to loose my coro items from James and Holidaycoro up there if another storm comes along. k6ccc
Conduit with weatherheads for getting data cables through the roof. Power. Permanent would be best, but even if only a separate weatherhead with someplace inside that an extension cord can be plugged in is better than nothing.
