Gilles
My matrix consists of 10 ccp string. In visualizer I draw string 1 on the top and string 10 at the bottom. Physical setup is the same as drawn in visualizer. However all my images are upside down. Why?
BrianBruderer
What version of the software are you running? Is the image upside down on the computer screen in superstar?Or is it upside down one your actual lights?
Gilles
4.2.6 It looks fine in SS with the model but when I export to SE, it turns upside down and the actual image on the lights is upside down. For now I change the order of the strings and when I look that the sequence in SE, it seems fine. Haven't run the actual test yet.
BrianBruderer
The order in which it exports the strings to the Sequence Editor is arranged by Unit ID from top to bottom. This may or may not correspond to the order that the strings are in on your actual display. So things may look upside down in the Sequence Editor, but when you play to your actual lights it will be OK.
