eschlomach
Getting a late start on my show and am finding out about half of my sealed led lights are not working properly. 90 percent of my blue m5 sets are out completly. The others are just really dim. Are sealed led light strings repairable? I've googled the problem and cant really find any answers. If any one could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.
Santas Helper
I would contact the company you bought them from. I'm still using LEDs I purchased from CDI back in 2006, 2007 & 2008.No problems with them. Tom
eschlomach
Alot of it is probally my fault. These lights were stored outside all year long. Just no idea how to repair them.
Ebuechner
If they are the sealed unit there really is no repair. If you are able to identify the bad led you could cut it off and replace it if you had a spare set that you could dismantle. But first off it would be difficult to find out which one is bad because you can't pull them out and it might be more than one. By the time you put all that effort into it you would be better off buying new strings
George Simmons
A LED Keeper Pro will more than pay for itself with the number of light strings it will allow you to salvage.
