johnriddle
I got my 12 CCR clone tree from holidaycoro set up tonight and was running a sequence on the sequence editor to test it. I noticed that one of my ribbons was not working. I tested the strand on the alphapix 16 v2 controller using the test mode and everything seemed to work fine. So I then checked to make sure that the sequence was programmed for DMX on that string like it should be and everything seems to be right there. This is my first year with RGB and I'm hoping someone will be able to help me figure this out.
Don
If it were me, I'd swap the ribbon with a location that is known working. The company you mentioned doesn't sell Light-O-Rama CCR's. If a ribbon you bought from them isn't working, perhaps you should ask them to replace it.
johnriddle
Thank you for the response Don. I did try to swap the ribbon and still nothing. Seems to be either something with the controller or sequence. Was hoping that someone would have an idea of how to test or trouble shoot the problem.
