Anyone know where I can get a simple controller that will.....

I have a friend that needs a controller that will light one channel of LED mini lights, then light a second channel and then light them both and then repeat.

 

I'd give him a spare 1602W but he's not that good of a friend.

 

Actually, I offered, but he would rather do something simple if possible.

 

Please let me know if you know of one.
