wensteve
I'm sure this has been covered a gazzillion times before but....I assigned my previously used CTB16PC that I bought this summer from someone to Unit 3 and went to test it and nothing is turning on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Don
How are you trying to test it? What is your current license level? If you are trying to test in the Sequence Editor (SE) and only have a Basic license, you will need to upgrade your license to run more than 2 controllers. Ineedmorelights
Did you assign unit IDs to each controller? Edited October 13, 2015 by Ineedmorelights
wensteve
What is the light doing on the controller? blinking or steady?Do you have the comm port assigned?Steady Red. I followed the usual steps to set up a controller and it gave me the pop up that said "Unit Id has been selected as 3" Edited October 13, 2015 by wensteve

Darryl Lambert
I spoke with Steve over the phone & got the controller working. It appears it was just a comm port error. I felt bad as it was me who sold them the contoller.
