Multiple LOR network setup

I will be using multiple networks and only using SE for programming my two old boards on a slower LOR network. CTB16 & CTB08 (Regular Network)

 

Do I need to add my 4 LOR CMB24 controllers on the LOR high speed network to SE or will the Pixel Editor take care of all of that once I put in the network and channel settings in PE (Aux A Network)?

 

I understand that you can't program things in both SE and PE, it is one or the other but am unsure if I have to list the PE things as channels in SE.

You can sequence in both the sequence editor and the pixel editor, just not on the same lights at the same time.
