Trouble with the LOR help desk

I am having major trouble with my LOR controllers that I have had for 7-8 years and am trying to open a work ticket on the LOR website help desk. I am signed into the website therefor I am a registered user but when I try to submit the ticket, it say that this help desk is only for authorized users only. If I am signed in, am I not an authorized user??

You don't need to sign in to submit a help desk ticket. 

 

Visit helpdesk.lightorama.com then click "Open a New Ticket" at the bottom.

 

No logging in required.

 

Ps. You will have an email soon showing a ticket opened for you...
