dodddd1967 Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 I am having major trouble with my LOR controllers that I have had for 7-8 years and am trying to open a work ticket on the LOR website help desk. I am signed into the website therefor I am a registered user but when I try to submit the ticket, it say that this help desk is only for authorized users only. Don Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 You don't need to sign in to submit a help desk ticket. Visit helpdesk.lightorama.com then click "Open a New Ticket" at the bottom.
