e1.31 stand-alone

I was told that stand-alone won't work on e1.31 well I found a video on YouTube using lor stand-alone with a e681 standevise and elor he had smart pixels ccr so what gives ? Where do I get a elor ?

I'm not sure on the whole stand alone concept with an elor. Pretty sure its still controlled by LOR. http://www.sandevices.com/ is who sell them. $115 for kit and $150 assembled.  I do have one that I'm not using that I'd sell for $80. PM me if you're interested.

An elor is a device that allows a small number of E1.31 channels to be controlled from a LOR network. Because the source data comes from a LOR network, it can be sourced from a LOR director type controller or LOR controller in stand alone mode. However, it is quite limited.
