SSEdit Not Working

I just upgraded to 4.1.2 Advanced. All of the various programs work (Hardware, Monitor, Network Config, Pixel Editor, Schedule, Verifier and Visualizer), but the SuperStar Sequencer will not load. I tied rebooting the computer, but still nothing. Any ideas of why it will not run?

 

I am licensed for SuperStar 4_CCR.

There is a known problem with v4.1.2 of SuperStar that if it is installed on a computer that has not launched superstar before then it fails to launch. The problem will be fixed in the next release, but until then, the workaround is:

 

1) uninstall v4.1.2.

2) install v4.0.38

3) launch superstar and verify that it launches

4) install v4.1.2 on top of v4.0.38

5) verify that superstar still launches
