The fix did remove the extra channels in the intensity file.

I just updated to 4.1.2 and now my superstar demo is not opening

. Any thoughts....... Thanks

There is a bug in superstar v4.1.2 that if you install it on a "fresh" computer that has never had LOR on it before, then it fails to launch. This will be fixed in the next release, but until then, the work around is to do the following:

 

1) uninstall 4.1.2

2) install 4.0.38

3) launch superstar and verify that it launches

4) install 4.1.2 on top of 4.0.38 and superstar should launch
