Tim Fischer
Can you be a little more specific? Can you control lights via the sequence editor?Does music play?Does the computer melt down into a puddle of goo? -Tim
tkhowse
When we open the hardware utility, the lights will test just fine, and it recognizes all the units. On the other hand, when we try to run the shows, Light-o-Rama tells us that the shows are running. The music is able to play, yet the lights do not turn as they should. I'm not sure where to go from here, and we hope we can get this resolved soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Tim Fischer
Sounds like a channel config issue. Verify:You have the correct port set for LOR under Network Settings in the seq editor For every row, check "channel settings" and verify it's set to what it should be (unit and circuit #)Chuck H has a little utility that helps verify channel settings. I haven't used it but it looks good...ETA: Wow, 3 posts at once, all within the same minute!-Tim

tkhowse
OK, I changed the Network Preferences to Comm 4 (which is what the hardware utility was operating on). Works just fine now. Thanks to all for the quick responses!
