Anyone know how to contact Todd or Dave at DIY LED Express?

I have been leaving messages on there board for over a month with no response,  guess there may be a issue with there email contact connect.

The quickest way I know is through their Facebook page.

Facebook or email, always hear back the same day generally

sometimes he may be busy, but he has always replied within a day. Sometimes, I do have to send him multiple emails and change the subject line to get his attention

I just placed an order yesterday, so he's there

I have a similar issue...emailed him a few days ago and still waiting for a response.

I placed an order back in January. I got it last month. They are difficult to contact and they don't respond very fast plus the fact there's no phone number to call. I have yet to test the pixel strings I ordered, so that's yet to come but at least I received what I ordered.

Jerry, your emails all get returned... I responded to your email to Todd that he forwarded to me, the duplicate you sent me and then the followups.
