jerrymac Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 Anyone know how to contact Todd or Dave at DIY LED Express? I have been leaving messages on there board for over a month with no response, guess there may be a issue with there email contact connect.
George Simmons Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 The quickest way I know is through their Facebook page.
1983ss454 Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 Facebook or email, always hear back the same day generally
wmilkie Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 (edited) sometimes he may be busy, but he has always replied within a day. Sometimes, I do have to send him multiple emails and change the subject line to get his attentionI just placed an order yesterday, so he's there Edited July 28, 2015 by wmilkie
worksopian Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 I have a similar issue...emailed him a few days ago and still waiting for a response.
dgrant Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 I placed an order back in January. I got it last month. They are difficult to contact and they don't respond very fast plus the fact there's no phone number to call. I have yet to test the pixel strings I ordered, so that's yet to come but at least I received what I ordered.

I responded to your email to Todd that he forwarded to me, the duplicate you sent me and then the followups. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. jerrymac Posted July 29, 2015 Author Posted July 29, 2015 Thanks got it, I figured there was some issue with the mail since always had good luck with diyledexpress. It turns out my registered email was incorrect. Not there fault.
