They definitely have the most outstanding customer service of ANY company I have ever dealt with, and I've dealt with a lot, none has ever given the satisfaction or courtesy that the folks at LOR, including Dan Baldwin have always given me when I've contacted them about any issues, which hasn't been many, but they've always handled it extremely well.
