Superstar Sequence Demo not finding files

I am looking into buying Superstar Sequencer.  I currently have the demo version.  3.12.2

 

 

 

When I go to open the demo, I get the following error message on my screen:

 

Unable to open \users\owner\documents\light-o-rama\visualizations\editor\samples\samples.lee

 

 

 

 

When I go to close the demo,  I get the following error message on my screen:

 

Unable to save \users\owner\documents\light-o-rama\superstar\ssedit.cfg

After downloading S3 run the Sequence Editor and it will first prompt you asking you where you want your Light-O-Rama folder to be. You can accept the default. After doing that, all of the sample files get put into where they need to be in the Light-O-Rama folders. Then superstar should run without the errors you are getting.

After posting this, I did a broader search of the forum and found a thread from last year where someone else had issues like mine.

 

The suggestion was to find the "LORPost.exe' file, click on it, and accept the default locations, and save.

 

I clicked on the file, accepted the defaults, and ALL error messages went away!
