Think this is for the lips right? So what would you think would work best. Myself I think that warm white is like an Ice Tea color. Where as cool white is exotic color like a woman wearing silver looking lipstick.

But as they say "Each to their own".

It all refers to color temperature.  Warm white is as started is fairly close to incan lights and is towards the yellow end of the "white" spectrum.  Cool white is at the other end of the "white" spectrum and tends to be somewhat blue.  A pure white is usually somewhere in between.  For color temperature numbers, a warm white is typically 2700 - 3300K, cool white is 5000 - 6500K, and pure white 4000 - 5000K.

Personally I prefer something in the pure white range.

Warm is yellow tinted. Cool is blue tinted. Never seen pure. My frosty the snowman (which takes the place of Jack Skellington at Christmas) is cool white and I think it works perfect for a snowman.

I use led rope and cool white actually costs more. If that matters.
