Guest guest
Dan, I'm at wits end, I've tried everything with the ctb16d, with no luck. I bought 4 of them last summer and the other 3 are fine, but this one is giving me fits, and startup is Sunday. I explained the previous problem to you, and I tried what was suggested. I disconnected the unit from the chain, set it to 00, plugged it in, and the only thing that happened was that I had a test light in one of the circuits and it flashed on and off. No red led on the board, nothing. I even checked the fuses and they were fine. I put another ctb16d in it's place, and the hardware recognized it fine. The only problem is now I am missing 16 channels right in the middle of the show. Please email me, and/or call, you should have my number on the last order I placed. Thanks, Dan

Guest guest
Thanks, Dan. I appreciate your help. I'm getting nervous this close to showtime, and people are already on me because the lights aren't on yet. If I sound stressed, it's because I really am.
