dgrant
Welcome to the madness! Download the software, get a license for the level you wish, start learning the sequencing. Watch the tutorials at the top of the site page as they will help you a lot
tomsusie
Watch all the videos you can and just start playing around with the sequencing. Don't worry about completing it -- just learn what everything does by playing with it. Slowly you'll find you are creating a sequence. And you will most likely go back over areas more than once as you learn new ways of doing what you just did that may be a little quicker and/or easier. I also found tutorial videos by Brian Bruderer to be very helpful. He has an entire series that starts at the beginning and works all the way through into super star. Here's the link to his YouTube channel -- just click on his videos. https://www.youtube.com/user/theSpiderWebMan/featured

George Simmons
For people who learn best in a setting that allows interaction, there's also a veritable plethora of direct training options available - everything from learning the software, the hardware, and how to sequence. LOR offers classes in various parts of the country, some LOR partners offer their own training, many local/regional/national meetings offer training opportunities and Sequence U is around to help you learn sequencing.
