Judy Posted March 11, 2015 Share Posted March 11, 2015 I am using advanced software 3.11.2 I re-installed the hardware utility disc as was having problems with finding the correct port. Found the port BUT now the hardware utility is at the original level of 1.6.4 whereas it should be at v3.11.2 How do I download just the hardware utility part of software so that everything works in sync. Denny Posted March 11, 2015 Share Posted March 11, 2015 Did you try downloading your version of LOR from the LOR website? http://www1.lightorama.com/sequencing-software-download/ I don't think you can just download the Hardware Utility alone. Jim Hans Posted March 12, 2015 Share Posted March 12, 2015 Denny is correct, you can't just install the HU. Uninstall and re-install the most current version of the software your license allows.
