Visualizer doing weird things

My visualizer worked great the first few days and then all of a sudden it won't show when the channels are suppose to come on but it will show at times when the channel show a fade out.  Basically, its picking and choosing when to come on.  Not sure where to even start.  I've exported the channel list and did all that correctly but still can get it to work right.  I can't even get the Tutorial.las to show to my visualizer as well.  All com/ports are setup right.  Any help would be great.  Thanks
