USB485B, computer port setup, and audio questions

I have been having troubles with my mp3 director, so I thought I would solve all of my problems by trying to set up a 485 with voltage booster... I was wrong.. Now I cannot figure out what cord goes where and how to attach audio.  I also have no idea how to set up a comm port..  I have been trying to figure it out with no success... Help, Please!!
